Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects, from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and analyze project estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
Utilize Microsoft Office products and Procore for construction estimating and project management.
