Job Title: Executive CoordinatorLocation: St. LouisJob Type: Full-Time, On-site,We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support three of our Chief Executive Officers.Job Summary: The Executive Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, and COA, enhancing efficient operations in a fast-paced and inclusive environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who can complete quality work, apply feedback to improve performance, anticipate problems and solutions, have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, exhibit good listening skills and a positive outlook, take initiative, collaborate well with various people, and be dependable and trustworthy. Continuous LearningKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executives schedules, including appointments, meetings, board minutes, invites, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office operations.Make travel arrangements.Manage large meal orders for meetings and coordination with various participants.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.High level of discretion and confidentiality.A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Must have a valid drivers license & a reliable vehicle.Committed to our mission with a sensitivity to those we serve, providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.You must complete Trauma Informed Education/Training to become aware and sensitive and respond to youth, families, and colleagues with a trauma-informed approach.
