Associate Manager of

Accounting Integration

and help us integrate our newly acquired entities into the Siemens world, ensuring conformity with our global accounting standards and providing meaningful & insightful information to our Management.

What role will you play?

DI SW is continually evolving through inorganic growth. You will use your accounting and financial expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses into our processes including full consolidation, purchase price allocation and policy alignment.

You will be the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and many more.

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, who can support with the deployment of our ERP system and other finance and reporting tools.

You will work at the big picture level to ensure overall project success but also at a detailed level to manage the integration on a step-by-step basis.

Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast passed international environment.

Minimum of 5 years of recent proven accounting experience role / CPA or equivalent preferred.

Display strong accounting and valuation knowledge, strong analytical skills, and business judgment with good attention to detail.

Experience with mergers & integrations good to have - open to training the right candidate.

Demonstrating strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment.

Additional consideration given to candidates with knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.

Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
