Divisions within BNANO include Bruker AXS, Bruker Nano Analytics, Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology, Fluorescence Microscopy, and Canopy.Responsibilities:We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will:Design electrical schematics (power & instrumentation) SLD / MLD.Select electrical components for end-of-life (EOL) applications.Calculate conductor size and insulation type.Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) on electrical systems/products for various metrological and dynamic testing applications.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure high product performance standards.Design cables and harnesses using Altium.Create MS Office documents including BOMs, manuals, procedures, and PPT presentations.Qualifications:
Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods.Test finished products and system capabilities.Keep necessary testing equipment operational and calibrated.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results.Hands-On in small electrical fabrications and troubleshooting.Educational Requirements:BSEE with 5 years experience, MSEE with 2 years experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.Join us and contribute to cutting-edge technologies that impact industries worldwide. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $101,000 and $164,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
