Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Inspector 1, Quality Control to join their team. As an Inspector 1, Quality Control, you will be part of the Tubes department supporting the quality control team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, experience in quality control, and the ability to use measurement instruments.Job Title: Inspector 1, Quality ControlLocation: Sumter, SCPay Range: $15.40 per hourWhat's the Job? Perform testing in conformance with regulations and standards Inspect products and analyze results Determine final disposition of some products Detect nonconforming conditions Adhere to quality guidelines and comply with regulations and standardsWhat's Needed? Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience Minimum 6 months of experience in quality control Experience with measurement instruments such as gauges and calipers Good vision (associate can use prescribed glasses if needed) Ability to interpret drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerancesWhat's in it for me?
