Banyan Treatment Centers, a leader in addiction recovery, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist (LPC-A, LMSW, LPC, LPC-S, LCSW or LMFT) to join our clinical team in Waelder, TX.

As a Therapist, you will engage with the treatment team and manage a variety of patient care activities daily. Your responsibilities will include managing a patient caseload, delivering group, individual, and family therapy, and conducting bio-psychosocial assessments. You'll collaborate closely with the team to formulate treatment plans and assist in discharge planning in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, schedule to be discussed during the interview.Location: Waelder, TX (On-site).Compensation: $61,000 - $78,000 annually (depending on education, licensure, and experience).

Essential Functions:

Complete ASAM Forms, initial assessments, and bio-psycho-social evaluations.Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.Maintain family support and conduct collateral calls as needed.Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and develop treatment goals.Facilitate daily process groups and participate in multidisciplinary reviews.Collaborate with Case Management for resource coordination.Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.An active LPC-A, LMSW, LPC, LPC-S, LCSW or LMFT in Texas.

Preferences:

An active LPC, LPC-S, LCSW or LMFT in Texas.Work experience in the field of behavioral or mental health treatment.Familiarity with KIPU.

Abilities and Skills:

Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.Knowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding patient confidentiality.Proficiency in individual, group, and family counseling techniques.Skilled in crisis intervention, including de-escalation and suicide risk assessment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.Flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet patients’ needs.
