Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Senior Network Administrator
to join our team in the Fort Meade, Maryland area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages maintenance of connectivity for enterprise network assets to ensure compliance and secure operations on both unclassified and classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS)
Collaborate with stakeholders to address connectivity requirements and implement necessary configurations to facilitate efficient and secure data transmission
Ensure all network switches and routers are compliant with security requirements (such as DISA STIG)
Manage the maintenance, update, and troubleshooting of network devices to ensure optimal performance and are responsible for configuring, maintenance, and monitoring of firewall, intrusion protection, and intrusion detection systems
Network access control and authentication in accordance with ATO requirements, cybersecurity policies, and standards
Implement necessary security measures to protect specialized systems and networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats
Support the planning and implementation of enterprise service connections among networks, systems, and applications across domains and facilitate connections for auditing, authentication, secure cloud computing architecture (SCCA), and Cross Domain Solutions and Guards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with ISSOs and stakeholders in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
Provide technically focused research, analysis, and reporting of findings and requirements
Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field
Five or more (5+) years of relatevant position
Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order:
CCNA-Security
CySA+ GICSP
GSEC
Security+ CE
CND
SSCP
If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required
If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant industry standard certifications such as Comptia Network+,
Cisco/Juniper, or AWS Advanced Networking

This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700.00-$170,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
