Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a nursing position.Coordinates total nursing care for patients.Participates in patient and family teaching.Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.Patient population: Adult-Geriatric.Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos).EMR: Epic.Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).Job Requirements
2+ years Med Surg experience.EPIC experience.BSN.Traveler must have a New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate.De-escalation training required for new and returning agency staff effective 1/1/24.Schedule Information
Must be willing to work two of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after.Traveler may float between units during shift (4hrs Kingsbury, 8hrs Farnum during 1 shift).ICU RN's will be considered.Block scheduling will not be considered for this need.Unit Specific Information
This is a Med Surg float need between Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury units.Additional Details
Local travelers (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) will not be considered.Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
