RN must live more than 75 miles away from facilityPatient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, & 1:3Float Requirement: Yes, Floating Contract Staff are expected to float to all adult critical care units and may float to ED or PACU to care for ICU patients in those areas. There may be occasions when ICU Contract RN is reassigned to Medical Surgical unit and assigned to care for max of 4 patients in that area and or assigned to function as helping handsType of equipment includes but is not limited to the following: Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT Dialysis machines, NxStage dialysis, Veratron Bladder Scanner, & Arctic Sun TMS2 Years Experience RequiredEpic Experience RequiredPatient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, & 1:3Float Requirement: Yes, Floating Contract Staff are expected to float to all adult critical care units and may float to ED or PACU to care for ICU patients in those areas. Transplant patients stay on unit until discharge and when stepped down from ICU status, they are staffed at 1:3 ratio.
