This position will also manage a group home, providing effective communication to residents, families, and staff that promotes a consistent, caring home-like atmosphere.This position wil also l assist in planning, monitoring and documenting services.Represents residents when dealing with medical needs and families.Supervises facility upkeep.Will also train and supervise residential staff and plan staff schedules. Will develop and maintain sound employee relations, as well as, address complaints and resolve conflicts.
