Work / Troubleshoot on User newsManage User Accounts.Work on users/ groups - permissions.Setting up new FTP user requests / GIS requestsHelp L1 on troubleshooting activitiesMentor L1 on any new activities.Understand the client / Sterling connectivity.Extract and replicate the services.Restart and Troubleshoot Services.Setup new services.Salary and Other Compensation
