You’ll be the
go-to person

, working closely with the Department Manager and Director of Client Solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Be the primary contact for any

-related questions.
Understand the details of each assignment and
enter
in
360
.
Ensure everything runs
smoothly
between Acosta, our clients, and customers.

easily pick up new tasks

communicate well

A team player who can keep things
organized
and on track.
Basic
Excel
and
PowerPoint
skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
Learn
360
and understand the
key processes
of 360 for client service.
Keep regular
communication
and
reporting
with your Department Manager.
Handle the
online setup
for call reports and scheduling.
Watch how local business managers are doing and help fix any issues.
Come up with ideas to improve in-store work and deliverables.
Handle all job/service
order changes
and work with the client Director and Service Coordinator team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Handle Many Tasks
and prioritize multiple demands.
Strong interpersonal and written
communication
skills.
Understand key processes of
360
.
General business skills
, industry knowledge, and planning skills.
Clear communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum
3 years of experience
in marketing/retail reporting.
Physical Requirements:
Seeing
Color Perception
Listening
