Position Summary: This role focuses on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and is responsible for the strategic optimization of EET's operational plans. The ideal candidate will drive efficiencies through strong expense management routines and governance, ensuring alignment of Enterprise technology products, services, and applications with the overall technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Optimization: Develop and sponsor tactics to achieve strategic objectives across functional groups. Optimize EET's operational plans through effective expense management and governance.Commercial Strategy: Define commercial strategies, manage business cases, TCOA, Enterprise product allocations, and industry benchmarking.Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between business, finance, and CIOs on requirements and governance routines.Business Improvement: Lead analysis towards organizational business improvement while achieving economic value against targets.Technical Oversight: Oversee EET tech bills for all eight LOBs, prepare capital investment plans, and understand the technical aspects of Workspace Products to drive economic solutions for optimized efficiency and execution.Business Management:

Enterprise Product Rationalization and Usage Optimization:

Deliver product rationalization and optimize product lifecycle management.Rationalize products to maximize efficiency, reduce volumes of inactive and out-of-service tech, and reduce overhead costs.Develop sustainable processes for optimized review and reporting across multiple platforms.Identify, track, and report unused or under-utilized hardware and software to right-size product volumes and lower gearing ratios.Strategize product usage and conduct cost-benefit analysis for declining or non-strategic products.Coordinate business cases for business impact recommendations and deactivations.Manage portfolios globally, with direct involvement in EMEA and APAC regions and ancillary support for LATAM.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience developing complex financial/business analysis, preferably in support of a technology business.Strong financial background with a solid understanding of Technology Finance and Initiative processes, and experience in corporate forecasting including base budget.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demand-driven environment.Effective communication skills with senior management.Proven ability to connect business strategy to financial plans and models, ensuring achievement.Experience leading and/or working in cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.Understanding of various decision support tools (benchmarking, business cases, vendor and RFP analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, etc.).Commitment to Operational Excellence, driving continuous improvement across processes.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement.Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for input and when to act independently.Enthusiasm for taking on new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environmentIf interested, please send your resume to [email protected]EEO Employer
