The resource shall attend on site meetings at one of the Middletown PA locations for 1 week per month based on the schedule set by the client.
Job Description:
Description of Duties1. Understand source data and query legacy data to analyze source data using strong SQL and PL-SQL skills2. Merge data from multiple data sources to be loaded into the target systems3. Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to develop overall target system data dictionary4. Transform and load data from legacy systems into SAP BRIM across components in scope, including SAP S/4HANA (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Financial Contract Accounting, Banking, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management), Convergent Mediation, and Convergent Charging5. nalyze legacy system data structures and extract structured and unstructured data from legacy data sources6. Perform source to target mapping to map data fields from legacy systems to SAP BRIM data structures7. Define, develop, and maintain business rules and cross-referencing tables8. Transform data using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, including SAP BODS, ADMM, MS SQL-S9. Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency10. Implement Data Masking or Data hashing so no PII data is included in lower environments11. Plan and oversee detailed schedule and progress against milestones12. Perform delta loads for extreme high volume transformed data into SAP BRIM using standard migration tools in a timely and extremely efficient timeframe to minimize downtime for migration13. Validate data integrity and resolve any discrepancies14. Perform high-volume data reconciliation for technical verification and business validation15. Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams16. Participate in data migration workshops and provide expertise17. Document data migration processes, mappings, and validation rules18. Create data migration runbooks for future reference19. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.20. Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.21. Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.22. Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.23. Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.24. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
Training / Experience Desired or Requireda. Tolling experience is preferredb. Experience in migrating data in systems leveraging Microsoft Dynamics as the CRM engine integrated with SAP S/4 HANA as the backend is highly desiredc. 5 years' experience as an SAP BRIM Data Specialist/Engineer/Analyst in SAP S/4 HANA hosted in Azure cloud required with 8+ years desiredd. Experience migrating closed transactions to recreate historic customer information in SAP S/4 HANA so customers can dispute closed transactions in highly desirede. Experience on at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation migrating extremely high volume of data required (15+ million customer records, and 1+ Billion transactions) requiredf. 5 years of using BODS for transformation and loading data into SAP is required and with ability to load into non SAP systems high desirableg. Strong expert level PL-SQL, SQL skills requiredh. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.i.
