Personalize.AI , an AI SaaS product, was released by ZS in 2020 for companies of all sizes to digitally transform and scale customer engagement. It has been gaining rapid traction in the market as it delivers a hyper-personalized 1:1 experience at scale. Enterprises can unlock more than 25% revenue growth using Personalize.AI (P.AI) by leveraging data from loyalty rewards programs, customer interactions, and campaigns to better understand which 1:1 customer experience, content, products, and offers to recommend.

REGIONAL MANAGER - SALES
ZS is seeking sales talent with a diverse background and track record of achievement selling into Enterprise organizations. This individual will be responsible for building, hunting and creating viable clients through various verticals, resulting in sales and revenue generation for a new groundbreaking venture. A successful Sales Manager will handle and manage internal leads, cold call prospects, qualify prospects, and lead executive level presentations & demonstrations.
Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, close and grow partnerships with customers through internal leads, cold calling, and other channels;Articulate differentiators and outcomes to clients, distinguishing us from competition and market constraints;Find and motivate customers to engage in discussions through presentations, demonstrations and industry events;Leverage creative ideas and multi-channel selling tools to create awareness and build brand knowledge and loyalty;Manage customer relationship and success long term to a high level of customer satisfaction, retention and growth potential;Organize, lead and present during in-person and virtual meetings and events;Travel within target territories and to industry trade shows to present capabilities and educate prospects on ZS;Collaborate with the team to build and execute timely customer proposals and RFP responses, with precision and professionalism.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 9+ years of proven strategic sales experience in major account management;Experience selling into Food & Beverage, Travel & Hospitality, and Fashion is preferred;Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, Business Development Representative and/or Business Development Manager or a hunter role in AI/Cloud and or SaaS, ideally in Emerging Technology, Marketing Technology or Analytics;Understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and personalization a plus;Experience selling directly to executive level stakeholders;Well versed in sales trainings, sales methodologies, and closing techniquesAbility to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization in an entrepreneurial environment;Ability to operate fairly independently with a high degree of autonomy;Strong customer focus with the ability to build strategic, high-level relationships as a trusted advisor with clients and industry partners;Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.Additional Requirements:
Coachable & self-motivated; natural leader & team player;Must have solid examples of consistently closing complex, multi-faceted partnership arrangements with world class organizations;Consistent over performance on annual quota and objectives.
