Join us and we can make a difference together.About this role:We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on supply chain logistics and program delivery. You will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and optimize our processes, improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.Project Tracking: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain management.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics.Preferred Qualifications:MBAProven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.#LI-OnsiteRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
