**Job Title: Outbound Picker****Job Description**This position involves the shipment of goods, including picking, packing, and processing orders. Prior experience with RF scanners is preferred. The role requires the ability to walk and stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy materials throughout the day. Climbing ladders will also be necessary.**Hard Skills**+ Picking+ Packing+ Processing Orders+ RF Scanner Experience**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.**Work Environment**Shift: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. The warehouse is very clean and has forklift and pallet jack traffic, with many people on the floor. The facility follows 5S systems, with yellow lines highlighting work areas and equipment storage.
