We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Bank Sales Team

The Account Management, EMEA Banks role is a pivotal one, responsible for managing and growing our client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and achieving renewal targets. You will leverage your deep understanding of our platform, data analytics, and sales strategies to deliver 10x results through deep partnerships with our clients.

Who are we?Minna connects global banks and fintech with subscription businesses to give consumers self-serve subscription management in-app. Minna is a technology partner to top-tier financial institutions, fintech and subscription businesses, providing subscription management functionality for 50+ million banking and fintech customers across the United States, United kingdom and Europe.

Minna builds the infrastructure that links Subscription Merchants (such as Netflix, Spotify, Amazon) to leading Financial institutions (Lloyds Bank, ING Belgium, Swedbank to name a few). This connection enables consumers to effortlessly manage their subscriptions by performing actions like canceling, pausing, or changing their plans.

The role

Minna's Account Managers play a key role in retaining our customers and driving our business growth. You will have a sound knowledge of the payment and banking ecosystems and be comfortable working with payment terminology and with regulations. Your experience in SaaS would mean you are comfortable communicating and selling the value benefits of simple solutions to sometimes highly complex industry problems.

You will thrive on building relationships and owning the end-to-end sales process. You will have a track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly sales targets. In this role, you'll be a part of the Global Bank Sales Team. You'll lead the Account Management for individual Banks by developing strategies to drive renewal, cross selling, and account growth.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.Understand client goals and objectives, and proactively address any issues or concerns.Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.Advocate for client needs within the company, ensuring their voice is heard in strategic discussions.Analyze client usage data and other strategic context to proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and drive client growth.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date knowledge and guidance.Cross-Selling/Upselling:

Develop and execute strategic plans to cross-sell and upsell our offerings.Collaborate with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.Track and report on cross-sell and upsell activities, ensuring targets are met.Renewals:

Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.Prepare account updates, including usage data analysis and insights, to conduct regular account reviews and renewal meetings with clients.Address any client concerns or objections related to renewals.Utilize data-driven insights to demonstrate the value and ROI of our platform.Requirements

Based in Eastcoast USAProven work experience as an Account Manager for enterprise accounts, specifically in the Banking/Payments industry, ideally serving Tier 1 banksAt least 6 years in a B2B2C Sales role and have mobile, payments, digital service, or fintech experienceStrong understanding of retail banking, financial products and servicesExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyHigh level of data literacy, with experience in interpreting and using data to inform strategy and demonstrate value.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Ability to build strategic executive-level relations with your pipelineA proactive leader who has demonstrated success in solving complex problems, dealing with ambiguity and in applying a solution-oriented mindset to growing accounts.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plusGlobal benefits
