Job Summary:
Park University is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies that enhance the University's brand, engage key audiences, and promote its programs. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in all aspects of the University's marketing efforts, with a focus on content creation, email marketing, and providing general support for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and writing skills, with experience in executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
AccountabilitiesContent Creation:
Write, edit, and manage content for various marketing materials, including emails, text, and physical materials.Email and SMS Marketing:
Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting prospective students, current students, alumni, and other key stakeholders to ensure clear, engaging, and timely communication.Brand Messaging:
Ensure consistency in messaging across all internal and external communications, adhering to established brand guidelines.Support Marketing Campaigns:
Assist the marketing team in developing and executing all marketing campaigns, including digital ads, print materials, and other promotional efforts, ensuring alignment with the University's objectives.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as admissions and enrollment, to support integrated marketing strategies that drive enrollment and engagement.Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely execution of marketing activities.Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, content engagement, and other marketing initiatives to optimize strategies and improve results.Project Management:
Help manage project timelines and ensure that all marketing efforts are executed within deadlines and budget.Scope
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and supporting all aspects of the University's marketing strategies. The role focuses on content creation, email marketing, and offering administrative and strategic support across all marketing efforts.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred)1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related areas.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
