ResponsibilitiesPerforms on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment. Troubleshoots equipment problemsMaintains records and reports as requiredCoordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptionsOrders and installs partsResponds to emergency service calls as requiredInstructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenancePerform upgrades and modifications to equipment as neededRemain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materialsIncumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, tools, etc.Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to both TEA and customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)
Shift Type: Weekends most likely
Pay - $25/hr - $32/hr

Qualifications:
2+ year previous experience in etchExcellent customer interface skills is requiredMechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate toolsThorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
