What You Will Do:
Finance Business Partner for all NBB brands, Thayers Natural Remedies, Carol's Daughter and Softsheen Carson, and key members of their leadership teams. This role is responsible for leading the finance management of sales for NBB, in partnership with our central finance teams and account controllers in charge of our retailers' P&L.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as the brands' primary contact with divisional finance teams on gross to net management, sales forecast scenario planning and ensuring compliance of financial procedures as they relate to planning and reporting information/activity.
Weekly monitoring of sell-out and forecasting of sell-in, in partnership with sales planning and central finance teams.Planning and controlling of Budget and re-forecasts for multiple P&L lines (sell out, gross sales, net sales), in collaboration with central finance, demand planning and brand activation teams.Providing detailed analysis and commentary on performance results and variances to Budget.Ongoing risk and opportunity management to inform upcoming trend and budget cycles.Assessing financial impact of add and delete decisions.Responsible for the preparation, analysis and transmission of a variety of divisional finance reports in accordance with corporate requirements, i.e. budgets and gross to net reporting.Compass management of budget data.Influence and thought leadership across NBB brands.Lead ad-hoc financial strategic projects.Collaborate with divisional central finance teams and BEST shared service center for budget/trend compilation.What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years of FP&A experience.Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting preferred.Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership, oral and written communication and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise a must)As an integral part of our culture at L'Oral, wellness is at our core. Salary Range
: $100,400-$143,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
