Under the direction of the Creative Brand Manager, the Copywriter will be responsible for creating persuasive writing to promote all Standard Process products and services through different media channels. This position will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to stylize value propositions into copy that effectively influences consideration and builds trust and loyalty for our brand throughout our current and new markets to increase and secure market share.Functions
Drive the creation of engaging and consistent brand voice and marketing language that uniquely targets health care professionals, patients and consumersWrite copy for the Standard Process digital and social media, marketing campaigns, new product launches and other materialsWrite effective advertising headlines and copy for B2B trade journals as well as direct to consumer publications that will result a measurable responseScript writing and story boarding for projects including but not limited to: animations, videos, podcasts, presentations/webinars, and toursContribute to online content strategy by ensuring all touch points are clear, cohesive, and accessibleTell the Standard Process story capturing the attention of target customers and end-users, building awareness, influencing consideration to try, trust, buy-in, grow loyalty, and drive salesAbility to juggle multiple assignments at one time in a fast-paced environmentWork closely with designers and collaborate cross-functionally as needed to strategically develop the content for each projectFully understand goals and strategic initiatives as specified in the creative brief to deliver the most effective copyCollaborate with the creative team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and styleWork closely with creative to propose design and copy concepts to stakeholdersAbility to translate scientific research and product claims into layman's termsStrong communication and presentation of workManage, track, and document all writing projects and progressConduct research and interviews as needed to obtain and ensure factual informationUse writing style guide on the creative server, available to all writers and ensure adherence of all copy style guide by frequently reviewing guidelines as brand messaging evolvesProofread copy to ensure written text is concise, consistent and both grammatically and factually correct.Adhere to in-house style guide that includes preferred usage and the spelling of certain words.Monitor metrics related to content, including but not limited to web traffic, conversion rates, etc.Create copy following the Associated Press Style Guide.Qualifications
