What You'll Do:
As the Training & Onboarding Specialist for Coastal Ridge, you'll be responsible for creation and execution of new team member onboarding on a weekly and monthly basis. The Training & Onboarding Specialist will directly drive our new employee engagement prior to their first day and through their first six (6) months of employment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement new initiatives to elevate our onboarding program.
Where You'll Work:Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building's fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom and walk to some of the city's best restaurants and downtown amenities.
What You'll Own:Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new onboarding programming.Organize and execute new team member orientation and onboarding weekly for both Corporate and Remote team members.Provide answers to new employee questions related to our culture, training, HR and systems.Monitor 0 - 6 month retention and overall program effectiveness.Manage all new team member compliance training progress and report on overall company enrollment.Assist with the troubleshooting of Learning Management System issues and create training paths for new hires in the Learning Management System, as needed.Virtually facilitate core training classes and instructor led coaching sessions offered on a regular, recurring basis. Oversee class registration & communication.Lead several trigged touch point calls between new employees and key stakeholders.Manage relationships with remote employees to verify day one orientation tasks are completed.Distribute and evaluate surveys to improve the company's onboarding program.Report monthly to Leadership regarding onboarding program effectiveness and identifies areas of opportunity.Support career development growth paths for site level and corporate team members.Assist with culture initiatives to ensure new team members are aware of upcoming events and ways to get involved.Support the management of the training email box.Exemplify and promote the desired culture and philosophies of the organization through leading with a positive attitude.Participate in overall training department duties as assigned and adapt to changes within the firm.Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.What You'll Bring:
High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred,3-5+ years' experience training in a property management environment required; Property Manager experience strongly preferred.Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication and organizational skills.Who You Are:
