About Your Team:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a member of the Enterprise Architecture organization and responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of systems and applications.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:Write and review code, develop documentation and capacity plans, and conduct proof-of-concept work on new technologies.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable build and release processes.Serve as an escalation contact for service incidents as part of an on-call rotation.Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Which skills are required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or other STEM-related field.5+ years of experience in Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.5+ years of coding experience.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).Excellent skills in problem-solving and communication, both verbal and written.To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
Experience in a highly regulated industry such as health care or finance.Experience with agile methodologies.Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience in application software developmentCompany Benefits & Perks
