As a Sr IT Customer Relationship Management Cloud Developer, you will be part of the growing Salesforce and CRM/CPQ practice within Penumbra, serving as a Subject Matter Expert to Penumbra's Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Sales Operations organizations. You will be supporting their various initiatives around Sales, Services, Marketing, CPQ and CRM initiatives. These are primary areas but not limited to these only as there are peripheral applications within Enterprise such as SAP S/4, Merlin, ShowPad, DropBox, Quickbase, cVent, and Veeva as platforms to support and work with.

What You'll Work On

Responsible for managing and supporting the relationship with Global Sales, Services and Marketing, utilizing proactive account management strategies, and developing strong business relationships. Supporting and implementing various systems that strengthen the relationship between Penumbra and its customers. Understand customers' needs thereby the company can update its plans to fulfill them.Act as a Lead CRM Cloud Developer for all CRM, CPQ requirements and functionality.Responsible for business and functional analysis, project delivery, success criteria and risk analysis.Hands on ability to design, develop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.Lead technical design and architectural sessions within the functional areas of Customer Data Management, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Pricing, Orders, Cases, Contracts, Billing etc.Manage data migration and data cleansing from existing applications and spreadsheets into new CRM applications.Experience in design thinking, CRM design and implementation, Agile methodology and tools.Provide technical support for analysis of business requirements and applicability to the current or planned Salesforce Platform capabilitiesArchitect, design, implement world-class products and solutions. Develop functional architecture design and contribute to supporting the overall goals of the organizationDesigns long-term, reliable, and end-to-end technical architectures, which includes building solutions and POC s based on internal customer and project needsTransforms detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document and design consistent, extensible, and integrated data access enterprise components across distinct data sources and platformsMaintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.Identify problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedyParticipate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, Marketing, and Sales / Service operationsResponsible for building out roadmap for CPQ/CRM and driving efficiencies in the Go to Market functionsDevelop training materials and train users on CRM tool functionalityWork with Data Management Team to support Customer Master Data and touchpoints to our Master Data PlatformWorking with PM and Scrum Master to delegate tasks and tickets to appropriate team members.Provide high quality solutions to business problems for CRM for Sales and MarketingThis is a Hands-on role for a person that can roll up their sleeves for Salesforce Administration, Configuration, POC's, design, and development discussions and triaging with business personnelAdhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/MIS or related field with 15 + years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.MS degree or certification preferred7+ years of SaaS business applications experience including robust hands-on experience in Marketing, CRM (Microsoft & or Salesforce), Master Data Management, CPQ and Enterprise Architecture2 CRM implementations, Customer Master implementationExperience working with business and technology leaders to solve complex business and systems problems.Experience managing offshore teamsStrong technical and functional troubleshooting skills within CRM (either Microsoft and Salesforce, preferably both)DevOps experience a plusScrum Agile certification a plusStrong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneouslyWorking Conditions

General office environment. Business travel from 0% - 10%. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.Alameda, CAStarting Base Salary is $140,720/year - $210,794/year.Individual compensation will vary over time-based on factors such as performance, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.
