Who we are looking for:

We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As our Sales Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction and owning the implementation of our commercial fulfillment operations strategy. The ideal candidate will be a natural lean operations thinker and collaborator, able to build processes and teams from scratch, select and manage partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to execute our strategy. Familiarity with automotive aftermarket parts distribution, including ACES and PIES, is required.

What you get to do:

The Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for all commercial fulfillment operations, including vehicles, spare parts, accessories, and apparel. Responsibilities include:•Process design and implementation: Develop and drive processes for order management from start to delivery for vehicles, parts, and accessories that deliver the desired customer experience.•Parts fulfillment: Develop strategies and plans that leverage the existing aftermarket supply chain for parts fulfillment (i.e., Autozone, NAPA, others).•Partnership Management: Manage necessary partnerships, including third-party logistics and others, from initial selection to implementation.•Operational planning: Develop clear objectives, measurements, and mechanisms to achieve quality, cost, timing, and customer experience objectives.•Project Management: Spearhead workstreams within the operations strategy, collaborating closely with the IT, Digital, Service, and Accessories teams.•Team Leadership: Build and motivate a direct and indirect team with different responsibilities and experiences as the company evolves.

Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Operations Management field. MBA is preferred but not required.•Proven experience in an operations management role, with a preference for experience in direct-to-consumer order management and fulfillment.•Familiarity with automotive aftermarket parts distribution, including ACES and PIES, is required.•Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Operations, including Continuous Improvement methodologies.•Experience with project management tools and methodologies.•Experience managing external relationships.•An ability to thrive in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment and adept at working from a clean sheet without legacy constraints or pre-defined processes.•An ability to manage fast-paced projects from inception to deployment, providing structure and milestone monitoring for all stakeholders (likely from different cultures and in different time zones).
