Position Summary
Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment
Job Responsibilities
Ensures utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment are sanitized and available as needed.Maintains a clean and sanitized kitchen area, in accordance with local code standards.Operates and maintains various machines and equipment. Troubleshoots malfunctions and escalates as needed.Assists with food preparation duties.Education
