The Finance Manager, is a key team member and profit center within the team. Is a detail-oriented individual comfortable with numbers and explaining what they mean. Must be genuinely customer focused and must have strong interpersonal skills, easily establishing rapport with customers. Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing her or her time and work flow. Must be accessible to the rest of the team (sales and service).
RequirementsKnowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws pertaining to the automotive industry.Ability to establish rapport, to collect information on customer needs, and to ensure customers enthusiasmAbility to quickly but closely review contracts for accuracyAbility to work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange for customer financing/leasing,Management skills of organizing, planning, and analysisThorough knowledge of Bank terminology and processes.Knowledge of computer systems, including Reynolds & Reynolds, DocuPad, and Reynolds CM.Must be able to hand calculate and explain leasing to customers and team membersFollow up is a must on settling funding of contracts and canceled policies.Benefits
