e-Business Lead

to oversee and drive digital business initiatives for our IT Service Management (ITSM) contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital transformation, and project management, with at least five years of experience in a relevant field. They will play a crucial role in implementing innovative solutions, managing client relationships, and aligning e-business strategies with client objectives to enhance service delivery, performance, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and/or oversees plans for automated data processing systems from project inception to conclusion. Analyzes information to be processed.Defines and analyzes problems and develops system requirements and program specifications, from which programmers prepare detailed flow charts, programs, and tests. Coordinates closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions.Provides support for the installation, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the hardware/software to support EC/EDI functions and provides expertise in the area of EC/EDI translation software and systems.Analyzes, develops, and/or reviews computer software processes for a wide range of capabilities, including numerous engineering, business, and records management functionsCollaborate with internal teams to identify, design, and implement digital solutions that improve client outcomes and drive operational efficiency.Manage e-business project lifecycles from inception through deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.Act as the primary point of contact for e-business initiatives with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.Liaise with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.QualificationsBachelor's degree +5 years or working experienceMinimum of 2+ years of experience in e-business, digital transformation, or a similar role within IT or service management.Minimum 2+ years' experience leading multiple projects concurrently.Minimum 2+ years' experience in e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing.Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach and the ability to manage ambiguity.Excellent client engagement and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.Preferred SkillsProfessional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is advantageous.#INDPUBLIC
