Commercial Construction Superintendent
to service our clients throughout the United States and Ohio.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSWe provide the necessary technology and access to cloud reporting systems needed to complete projects on time and within budget.5 + years of commercial construction experience is required.Ability to travel to worksites throughout North Carolina and the United States.Layout complex construction projects.Able to read and comprehend blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings.Manage and follow project schedules.Must be a motivated and detailed oriented.Able to communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and employees in a professional manner.OSHA 30 certification required.WHAT WE OFFER

Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
