Summary of the Job
This is the lead financial position in the agency, responsible for a variety of complex, technical, and analytical tasks in support of internal financial services and operations. The position is responsible for managing the financial operations and developing and maintaining the agency's accounting systems. The position is also responsible for the management of numerous other business operations, including human resources, budgets, insurance/risk, property/facilities management, benefits, and grants.
This position is a member of the agency leadership team, providing strategic direction, expertise, guidance, and insights on the agency's operations, ensuring cohesiveness and alignment with the agency's overall mission, values, and strategic plan.
This position supervises a Financial Specialist position, Landscape Maintenance Technician, and a Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician position.
