We are recruiting for a program manager to oversee and manage our technical projects from initiation to completion.Responsibilities

This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of complex technical programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Required Qualifications

7 years of demonstrated experience within the last 10 years in one or more of the following areas: Acquisition, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or training

5 years of demonstrated experience leading and managing contractor personnel and deliverables under a contract of similar size and scopeDemonstrated knowledge the Intelligence CommunityDemonstrated experience with requirements documentation, assessing customer requirements, identify dependencies, and developing responsive project plansActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjobPreferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with Directorate of Science & Technology customerDemonstrated experience in Technical OperationsPMP certificationDemonstrated experience in managing contractsDemonstrated ability to estimate costs and other resources using quantitative analysis to project requirementsDemonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plansDemonstrated experience implementing process improvements to include Lean Six Sigma methodology
