Refresh and Grow your Career with Us!Job OverviewThe Human ResourceOperations teams will represent Coca-Cola Consolidated in all HR master data design/execution strategies as well as supporting the HR Service Center. The Director, HR Operations will lead the HR Data and Business Intelligence Governance Council, facilitating all data related decisions among the top leadership levels in HR, collaborate with other functions to ensure the HR Data is structured and delivered in a way that maximizes automated functionality; while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data. This role will ensure master data best practices and data standards are followed and drive continuous improvement efforts for the department; serve as the product owner of all HR system-related data requirements and collaborate with IT on prioritization and completion ofprojects. The HR Operations Director will also oversee the HR Service Center Team, ensuring the provision of exemplary customer service and efficient handling of HR-related queries to 17,000 teammates, as well as support the HR administrative functions including verification of employment, policy administration, case documentation, vendor management, etc. The Director of HR Operations is responsible for leading the development of the HR Operations teams to meet their full potential and providing a strong pipeline of talent to the HR organization as a whole.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish the strategies of the function to support the overall vision of HR, establishing the roadmap to achieve the strategies, and the metrics to track progress.Workwith key leaders to influence decisions to drive overall improvement of HR Operations through data governance, mproved data integrity, data insights, and tier 1 support for our teammates.LeverageSAP and data best practice guidelines; to provide proven insight and direction around how the data in the HR systems should be designed and utilized.Lead the HR Data and BI Governance Committee, driving decisions around priorities, investments, and alignment to metric and data definitions.Facilitate the creation of procedure documents to ensure data maintenance and Service Center processes are consistent and executed with excellence.Propose, educate and influence the overall organization around the value of master data principles, master data standards/designs, usage, and downstream operational impactsDevelop and implement policies and standards related to master data; including, all HR data standards. Establishes quality control processes and provides guidance/support to the maintenance organization in executing the processes/reportingDrive data and Service Center initiatives within the HR department and across the enterprise (i.e., data conversion/clean up projects/new HR services offered, etc.)Identify ways to gain efficiencies in which the HR Operations team operate. Change the work from operational inputs to more strategic value-added efforts.Facilitate the vendor management processes for all HR vendors, ensuring business reviews are conducted and contracts are reviewed and renegotiated upon renewal dates.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
5+ years of proven Master Data Management design/implementation experience with org and personnel management, and/or 5+ years in HR Operations or support HR as a business partner.Experience with data standardization and cleansingExperience with directing teams to achieve their goals through metrics and accountability.Experience in leading Master Data and Business Intelligence Strategy and Governance desiredPrior leadership of HR operational teams desiredPrior experience and knowledge of HR practices, policies, desired.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors desired.Master data maintenance experience, including quality control monitoringProject management experience desiredAbility to establish relationships at all levels of the organization, based on proven execution resulting in confidenceStrong written, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; to and or for all levels of audiencesStrong collaboration skills and influencing abilitiesCoke system experience a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (4 years)

Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience
