They translate operational analytics developed from situational awareness tools and models into actionable work for execution. This position is expected to prepare reporting and respond to data requests about program objectives. This position is expected to drive down vegetation failures on the system to ensure the safety of our customers. Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.Developing, measuring, and reporting on the success of the programIdentifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partnersPartner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meetings with regulators.Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&EDeveloping and implementing policies and proceduresIdentifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channelsPG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.A reasonable salary range is:Bay Area Minimum: $122,000Bay Area Maximum: $194,000&/ORCalifornia Minimum: $116,000California Maximum: $184,000This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is the Oakland General Office.Responsibilities:Summarizes market and industry trends into strategic planning and development of Strategic Plan. Provides oversight of status reports to Directors and senior leaders, conveying key strategic industry information.Works independently on highly complex issues. Applying advanced knowledge and problem-solving skills to wide-ranging issues. Integrates industry knowledge related to data into everyday business practices and decision making.Manages business operation functions including safety, operating reviews, data analysis and visualization, risk and compliance, and change management.Ensures operational analytics within Functional Area run aligned to enterprise strategy standards.Collaborates between analytic and operational teams to develop and implement programs including change management strategies communications.Fosters and sustains relationships with external peers for benchmarking, analyzing trends/developments and proactively planning for challenges and risks.Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations.Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.Provides direction on the overall program.Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.Develop new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.QualificationsMinimum:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.8 years of related experience or equivalentDesired:Master's degreePMP CertificationAdvanced knowledge of Program ManagementAbility to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendationsExceptional knowledge of forestry and/or utility vegetation management concepts, methods and techniques.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization and planning skills.Mastery of project and program management concepts, methods and techniques.Adaptable to changing and evolving business processes.
