[Job Description [: [The Eastern CT Workforce Investment Board (EWIB) seeks a Strategic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and Senior Management Team. This is a high-visibility position supporting EWIB strategic partnerships, communications, planning, scheduling, and meeting and office operations.

Support the President and

Senior Management

Team to develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to support EWIBs mission and priorities

Handle questions and requests on behalf of the President, using sound judgment in determining when and how the President should be engaged

Manage logistics with the Board of Directors, including meeting dates and agendas, reports and other meeting preparation, and communicate with Board members on these items

Plan, coordinate, and support the operation of effective meetings, including Board meetings

Develop materials for EWIB presentations to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders

Assist the President in managing their work schedule and communications

Collaborate with the

Senior Management

Team to determine and prioritize EWIB strategies

Work with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress towards goals
