Senior Construction Project Manager

About the Role:The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supervising multiple industrial tilt-up projects from pre-construction to completion. Our ideal candidate will have great communication skills and be able to communicate effectively within our team and with our clientele.Responsibilities:Assist with project pre-construction activities including: qualifying bids, value engineering, and scheduling.Maintain strong relationships with clients, and stakeholders addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Performs comprehensive review of project plans & specifications, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Review project site conditions and set logistical plan prior to commencement of work.Oversee and report of project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.Closely manage project staff providing direction and support.Communicate with project superintendents with schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Prepare and review all subcontractor scopes of work to ensure compliance with the project plans and contract documents.Manage and recognize potential cost impacts arising from changes, schedules, and subcontractors.Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
