Firo Fire Kissed Pizza is seeking customer service and results oriented leaders for our community oriented fast-casual restaurant. The Firo concept offers signature or build-your-own pizza and salads from freshly prepared products along with our crowd-pleasing fresh gelato. Shift Leader Position Summary:
Our Shift Leaders are responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. They ensure that each visit by a guest will result in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The Shift Leaders also have a part in managing key aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and to create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations regarding friendly, quick and accurate service.
Helps management to build the team’s understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
Provides guests a “brand right” environment in which to place their orders, receive their food and dine inside the restaurant.
Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
Provides guest satisfaction by assisting and resolving all complaints in person or by phone.
Ensures that all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Supports the management team in Instructing, training, coaching and developing the restaurant team to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving organizational and personal goals
Works to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant
Responsible for all cash controls and enforcement of Company policies
If required, is responsible for ordering, accounting and maintenance of all food and paper inventories
Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
