Job Description
Summary/objective

The primary duty of the Franchise Employee Experience Specialist is to perform key functions in the talent acquisition process (recruiting/hiring) as well as all other Employee Experience functions.

Perform facets of recruiting to include sourcing, qualifying, screening as well as preparing candidates for pre-hire/onboarding activities.
Responsible for utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to document and track candidates as they move through our recruitment process. Responsible for providing hiring managers a qualified applicant pool of quality candidates via the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), internal, and employee referrals. Call/Screen resumes and applications for job openings and schedule interviews by calling and emailing candidates. Schedule pre-employment drug test, physicals and ensure all other pre-employment task(s) are complete. Check candidate references, education, and other credentialing. Coordinate all applicant activities including job postings, create and maintain candidate and recruiting Applicant Flow Logs to ensure compliance. Keep records of candidate interviews and give status reports to hiring managers. Schedule and conduct Onboarding for new Employee-Partners.
Create New Hire Check-ins, Evaluations, etc. and monitor responses in Company Performance Management Software. Follow-up with EPs as needed. Coordinates and Maintains DOT Driver files to ensure compliance. Coordinates information for candidates'/employee-partners' recruitment incentives, such as referral and hiring incentives, etc. Coordinates/schedules New Hire Luncheons/Breakfast and plan fun events (food, meeting space, etc.). Ensures that Corporate Communications are distributed as appropriate, including Employee Communication Boards. Enter and review data into HRIS and other systems (benefits, badge access, Motus, training, evaluations, schedules, databases, etc.) to ensure employment records are up-to-date, accurate and timely (including terminations). Maintain Employee-Partner Personnel/Confidential files. Assists Managers/Supervisors with Worker's Compensation Claims, vehicle accidents and related documentation and investigations. Ensure all incident/accident reports and post-accident drug tests are completed timely. Maintain Organizational Charts. Responsible for Uniform/Shoe orders. Short-Term Disability claim processing. Ensures that all temporary employees are compliant with approved background checks/drug tests. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Duties and Responsibilities
