Quality Assurance Analyst

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, you will have ownership of the quality assurance responsibilities and activities for all assigned operational lines of service (C.H. Robinson and 3rd party warehouse). The QA Analyst works closely with the QA Team Lead to ensure that processes are delivered at or better than agreed service levels for reliability (timeliness & accuracy). Responsibilities:
Manage execution of assigned QA activities, including SOW, SLA, & SOP documentation, quality assurance and testing
Ensure to prioritizing and tracking defects and issues correctly and recommend corrective action where required
Recommend corrective action and preventive action on all process in agile approach
Adapt testing policies, procedures, and standards across all process
Adapt the testing strategy to the project’s expansion
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external users to acquire and exchange information on QA issues, processes, and best practices
Assess risks early in the process pipeline and deliver reports and recommendations on how to fix the situation to the process
Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Prepare ad-hoc reports on processes when required
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Proficient in English
Minimum 3 years of QA experience within the freight forwarding/shared services/BPO industry
Strong modal product knowledge
Willingness to travel 5-10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience with Magaya
Certification on ISO 9001:2015
Certification on Six Sigma
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Technical, cautious, and methodical thinker
Attention to detail & quick learner
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Especially in MS Excel)
Excellent logical & time management skills
Skilled in process analysis
Detail oriented, organized and operationally focused
Proven ability to multi-task and keep stake holders informed
Ability to create strong working relationships with all organizational teams
