Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of commercial projects, ensuring that all phases are executed to the highest standards.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget forecasts, and communicate these to all relevant parties.Manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects are controlled and monitored to prevent overruns.Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management experience- We build Commercial, Education, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Public Works, and Industrial projectsDemonstrated experience in managing project budgets, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively with diverse teams.Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving results.Proficiency in project management software tools.PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
