Provides occupational health services to employers that HealthWorks and other Occupational Medicine affiliates serve in the communities which can be performed in an outpatient clinics or at the employer location depending on the needs of clients.

Job DutiesProvides Occupational Health testing/screening as required and/or dictated by company requirements, safety, and health standards.Directs wellness events for designated employers and delegates screenings to appropriate on-site Healthworks' staff.Assists with or conducts accident and injury investigations in conjunction with the safety team.Develops employee wellness and health promotion programs and services.Identifies opportunities for intervention in case resolution and takes initiative for appropriate action.Maintains strict client confidentiality and conforms to all company and LVHN network policies regarding release of medical information.Manages a travel clinic that includes pre-travel consultation, medical examination/vaccines travel kit, and a health book.Prepares and administers the OSHA log, incident report forms, and other administrative forms as needed for work-related injuries/illnesses.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in nursing or education.2 years of experience in occupational health.COHN - Certified Occupational Health Nurse ABOHNI - State of Pennsylvania within 1 YearAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon HireRN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
