Position Overview The Sr. Director of HR, Manufacturing Operations is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy for Global Operations (manufacturing, EHS & Supply Chain Services) within North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, in alignment with the overall HR & Operations scorecards. Job Responsibilities Strategic Business Partner for Operations: Translate operations strategy and talent needs into a cohesive HR delivery model that aligns with our scorecards and allows for consistent implementation across our entire global footprint. Partner with Sr. leaders to assess global organization design and develop design alternatives to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Lead the Strategic Talent Management and Performance Management processes for global operations. Ensure development plans are created and executed to tap the full potential of our talent. Support site leader and operator training and development. Drive and communicate changes and improvements in HR process and programs. Resolve conflict and seek win-win solutions. Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures and processes. Implement best practices. Lead and manage labor agreement negotiations and communicate and implement across the entire global grid. Transformation / Improvement: Influence and drive necessary changes in organization and culture to achieve business strategy. Assess current HR operations team, operating model and HR partner role to support site business performance. Top-grade talent where appropriate. Ensure Effective and Efficient HR Service Delivery: Provide input and influence to the core HR processes in compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development and any other area that becomes a focus for HR process and program continuous improvement. Ensure talent acquisition needs of operations are being delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Lead a team of HR operations generalists within each of our geographic regions. KPIs Time-to-fill role metric for all operations positions. Operations training completion rates.
