Senior Construction Project Manager

Our client is a national, design/build Contractor located near Livonia. They are top ranked ENR firm, with a great reputation in Michigan. They seek an experienced Project Manager due to business growth, they have an extensive backlog through 2026.Their portfolio includes Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Commercial. They seek a Senior Project Manager, that will work closely on ground up construction projects regionally.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementationSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineersNegotiates revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors for changes in scope of workResponsible for the management of the construction contract(s) and/or work orders.Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) in the office, as necessary.Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders.Develop and maintain good client relationships for expanded or new work opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a construction related field, preferred10+ years of construction experience, ground up construction requiredFamiliarity with construction management software, Procore experience is a plusThorough knowledge of submittals, RFI's, and project close out proceduresKnowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skillsDetail oriented with the ability to multi taskCompensation & Benefit Information:Salary between $125,000 - $150,000, dependent on project experienceYearly Bonus (based on company/individual performance), circa 10%Monthly Car Allowance/Travel Reimbursement + Gas CardFree Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, eligible on employee start date, for employee only401(k) with 5% company match3 Weeks of PTO + 10 Holidays + 5 Personal DaysLife InsuranceCompany Cell Phone or Reimbursement & Laptop Offered
