What You Will Do
:
The Junior Technology Program Analyst will support services and will support operational activities such as strategic initiatives, responses to taskers and inquires, meetings, and direct communication with the Guidehouse Lead and Client team on status updates. This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing long term programmatic planning efforts to demonstrate emerging processes and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of TSA's mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of program risk management, business process re-engineering, critical issue identification, and program assessment.
Duties will include:
Lead strategic initiatives to completionDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressSupport stakeholder engagement to ensure all parties involved are tracking towards the same goalDevelop informational and decisional executive-level briefingsConduct business process improvement to streamline activities and increase speed of completion for strategic initiativesPerforming risk management and communications assessments to identify improvements in risk identification and mitigation processes across the client's organizationWhat You Will Need
:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.Bachelor's DegreeONE (1) or more years relevant experience supporting technology AND/OR communication projectsExcellent communication skills that demonstrate fluency with numbers and written narrativesFluency in Microsoft 360 suite of communication products, most notably Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power PointPossess a technical mindset to quickly learn about current and emerging client requirements and business/technical responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to build informational and decisional executive-level briefingsAbility to lead business process improvement to streamline activities and increase speed of completion for strategic initiativesWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearanceExperience with TSA and/or other components within DHSSupporting innovation teams within public or private sectorSupporting assessments of pilot programsExperience developing technology and/or software requirements
