Senior ServiceNow Architect (Remote)Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the ServiceNow platform implementation and strategy for a forward-thinking organization.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through ServiceNow projects- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical designs- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture documentation, including data models and integration plans- Evaluate new ServiceNow features and assess their applicability to the current environment- Lead the customization of ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts and workflows- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutionsRequired Qualifications:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages- Experience with web services integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping- Knowledge of industry standards and practices- Experience working in audit-compliant environments (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA)- Familiarity with Agile methodologiesThe ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovative solutions and the ability to drive ServiceNow platform optimization.
