Job Details

The RoleWe are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on commercial buildings, government facilities, senior living communities, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-faceted construction projects from inception to delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client relationsCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are metDevelop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget completionConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issuesEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and government contracting requirementsPrepare and present project status reports to senior management and clientsManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permitsOversee the procurement of materials and equipmentImplement and maintain quality control processes specific to each project type

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, government, senior living, and hospitality projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulationsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)Excellent communication and leadership skillsExperience with government contracting processes and regulationsUnderstanding of specialized requirements for senior living and hospitality projectsValid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites

Preferred SkillsPMP or CCM certificationLEED accreditationExperience with BIM technologyFamiliarity with sustainable building practices
