We have a fast-paced and fun group that believes strongly in customer-centricity and setting a high bar for everything we ship.As a User Experience Researcher II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product direction and user-centered design. If you're a collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented researcher, we want you to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.What You'll Do:Contribute to Product Strategy: Demonstrates a solid understanding of product thinking, product design, and execution, while also delving into learning about data science and experimentation.Employs a Robust process: Actively seeks and incorporates feedback to improve their work through iterations, and accurately estimate and prioritize to meet milestones and advance timelines.Lead High-Impact Research: Define, plan, and execute mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative) to shape product strategies across banking and fintech products.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and other teams from the early stages of ideation to product launch, ensuring that research insights drive innovative and user-centered solutions.Drive Actionable Insights: Analyze and communicate data through storytelling, creating compelling presentations that inform decision-making at all levels, from tactical improvements to strategic business directions.Influence Product Strategy: You will continuously refine the product experience by bringing new research insights into the product development cycle, making a measurable impact on business and user outcomes.Your Skills & Experience:UX Expertise: 3+ years of experience conducting end-to-end UX research with a strong proficiency in one or two UXR methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, and concept testing.Strong Communication: You excel in translating research findings into clear, actionable insights that inspire design and product innovation.Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product management, and engineering) to ensure that research is at the core of product development.Strategic Influence: Strong communication and organizational skills to bring data to life, ensuring your research influences key product decisions.Self-starter: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple research projects independently while navigating ambiguity.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
