Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Subcontract Program Management (SPM) team. The selected SPM is responsible for the procurement and management of Subcontracts in support of several programs across various classified and unclassified customers. The SPM position may be telework (virtual) with travel on-site as needed for meetings and proposals. The SPM may be responsible for the following, depending on Program needs:Pre-proposal/Proposal Support
Requests Non-Disclosure and Teaming AgreementsFacilitates relationships between program office/functional organizations and suppliersGenerates Program Directives for RFPs and ECPs including development of the Statement of Work (SOW) and documents for pricingPrepares, tracks, and reports Data Calls and other proposal inputsAnalyze and interprets government RFPs for Subcontract proposal inputsSupport the SCA in subcontract definitizationOngoing Administrative Support
Monitor technical, cost and schedule performance by the subcontractorSupport the resolution of technical, schedule, and subcontract problemsProvide interface with the subcontractor's Point of ContactCoordinate approval of subcontract deliverables and documentationAssists program with subcontract resource identification, relay subcontractor resumes, and arrange interviewsDevelop and administer award fee plansDevelops subcontract management plansConduct quarterly Subcontractor Program Management ReviewsConducts program subcontract meetings (internally and externally with the subcontractor company)Ensure all obligations to the subcontractor are fulfilledManagement of Customer driven changes and their impact to the subcontractorParticipation in Customer meetings as requestedAdminister invoicing accounts

Required Qualifications
:Active TS/SCI clearanceBachelors Degree + 8 years experience, Masters Degree+ 6 years of experience, or a PhD+ 3 years of experienceExcellent Communication and a proven record of proactivityExperience in Subcontracts or ContractsExperience supporting teams across multiple programs with 5+ years of experience supporting one or more government agencyExperience with the following subcontract types: FFP, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement (w/fixed-fee).Familiar with Fair and Reasonable determinationsHigh-level of accountability and responsibility with in-depth knowledge and a strong understanding of:
Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplements, as well as other Agency SupplementsNegotiations with potential subcontractorsFirm understanding of managing subcontracts with multiple contract types
Desired Qualifications:Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Business/Administration, Finance, Management, or similarWell versed in being able to read, understand, and decipher required flow-down terms from a Prime ContractPrior experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance, or Program ManagementUnderstanding of financial systems and purchase requisition processExperience with Deltek Time and Expense and Cognos
