Compliance Programs Manager
to work with our team! HSPP is dedicated to optimizing UVA Health facilities and their regulatory compliance.Oversee ongoing regulatory compliance processes, serving as the primary contact for Healthcare System Physical Plant lab and clinical space ventilation & water quality compliance projects, with responsibility for their success. Significant building systems experience such as HVAC, plumbing, fire, power generation, informatics, and general safety. Oversee building fire, generator, and safety systems
Manage maintenance tracking systems and compliance
Develop systems and processes necessary for the tracking, planning, and execution of duties and projects.
Attend meetings for ongoing and prospective projects.
Arrange, manage, and maintain relevant relationships.
Oversee the development of relevant processes and make recommendations.
Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines, track milestones and timelines across processes, and institute necessary workflow.
Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance.
Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken.
Engage in improving regulatory performance.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: At least four years of experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Vaccination: This position requires compliance with UVA Health Policy OCH-002
Preferred Licensure/Certification:
FM or regulatory relevant certifications a plus.Physical Demands:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.Anticipated Compensation:
$90,000- $110,000 annually, commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience.This is a full-time position with UVA benefits. Employee benefits package highlights include:22 days of paid time off, increasing with service; 18 paid holidays each year; and parental and community service leave
