JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant individual for our service minded client. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, customer service, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist clients with inquiries regarding HVAC services. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Communication: Liaise between customers, technicians, and management to ensure clear and efficient communication. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Previous experience in office administration or customer service, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. Skills: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software. -Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism. -Basic knowledge of HVAC terminology and processes is an advantage.
